Yes, You read it right! I am currently available in the job market and looking to getting back to a Full-time Corporate HR/Talent Acquisition role in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, TX.

Finally after a long wait of 4 years I am now eligible to work in the United States. And the best part, I am eligible to work with any employer and don’t even require any VISA sponsorship. Check out this immigration update. Oh Man, did I get lucky? This is going to be the most exciting phase in my life. I can’t wait to see where I land and what the future holds for me!

Why I am making a big deal about my work authorization.

After having worked as a corporate HR Generalist with Reliance Communications Limited in India for around 4 years, I moved to the United States in 2011. Here I transitioned myself into a Social HR Pro while I was not able to work due to the VISA restrictions. With sheer dedication and hard work and by being a social media advocate since the last 4 years, I was featured on Huffington Post as one of the Top 100 Social Human Resources Experts on Twitter at @TheHrbuddy.

I am proud that I was able to build my personal brand so now you all know me, my work and my expertise through my blog Your HR Buddy, through my conversations at HR’s #1 daily radio show- DriveThruHR and through India HR LIVE – India’s #1 Google Hangout Platform for HR pros. And locally through my volunteer work at Local SHRM chapter #DallasHR as one of their Board of Directors.

For those of you who have been following me, supporting me and mostly for keeping me inspired throughout my journey, my sincere thanks to all.
